On sat February 15th, 11 scouts trekked up to Whitetail Ski resort for the annual snows sports merit badge trip. Scouts had the opportunity to ski and snowboard. Scouts were able to take a ski or snowboard lesson to develop their skills. Scouts with more developed skills were able to ski/snowboard with a buddy on slopes that they felt comfortable. Scouts skied and snowboarded for around seven hours with a lunch break in the middle. Overall the trip was really exciting and hope we can do it again next year.
